Stampin' Up Envelope Punch Board - any size!

Hello Friends,

I'm back after a little break ;)!

The great news is that I'm back with Stampin' Up too!  I love their products and I was running out of all my card stock and wanted all the new stuff........so I'm back!

You can shop on-line with me too, just click on the catalogue in my side bar and it will take you to my on-line Stampin' Up shop!  All the current catalogues are there, just click and look ;)!

So the other great news is that David (DH) has made us all some great software......for the Envelope Punch Board....it's the best out there......we did a little trial earlier and it nearly went "Global" before we were ready, thanks to my mate ;), she knows who she is ;)!

So lets start off with a little tutorial on how to use David's new software........

So how does it work?  Let me explain to you in pictures......

......here is a card I've made, which is an unusual size because the base of it started off as a long style DL envelope....

I measured it both ways, counting in the ribbon, which goes over the top and side.....

I typed in my measurements on my Crafty Envelope Punch Board Calculator and pressed enter!......

It came up with the measurements and score line in a flash!

Here is my finished card, with envelope......

Very easy indeed!

So give it a try, you just need to click here or on my special tab at the top and it will wizz you over!

Please let me know what you think by leaving me a comment below......

Happy crafting.......

Silhouette Cameo 50th Birthday Card - take 3!

Hello friends,

You are going to be able to start guessing my age!  All my friends are starting to turn 50!

It's my friend Sue's 50th birthday today and I've made her this card...

...she loves the colour purple, so I've used Concord Crush from Stampin' Up for the base of the card and I used a co-ordinating sheet of Maja Design Paper for the front.  I manipulated the butterfly file, which I downloaded from the Silhouette store, to partly cut the butterfly, so that I could just gently raise the wings, which I inked for definition.

This card is a CASE from a lovely lady I've met recently who sent me a card very similar, I was so pleased with it, I had to CASE it :)!

Wishing you all a crafty day and thanks for popping by my little blog.

Sunday Stamper - Week 297

Hello Friends,

I was totally inspired to create a card, just like Barbara's from her show today, on Create & Craft.  All I needed to get me going was a colour theme, so I hunted around for a colour challenge and found Hel Sheridan's blog.  She has a very inspiring blog too and it seems that she sets a challenge each week, which I will be watching out for in the future!  This week the challenge is to make a bright card.

Now I'm not one for bright cards, but thought I'd give it a go and made this.....

....I'm really quite pleased with how it turned out.  I used a mask cut from my Silhouette Cameo for some of the background and a range of stamps from Stampin' Up and Bo Bunny.

The colours and card stock used were all from Stampin' Up, Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo and Always Artichoke.

Hope you have had a lovely weekend and thanks for popping by my little blog today.

Gift tags - Silhouette Cameo

Hello friends,

I needed a couple of his and her tags for later, so quickly made these on my Silhouette Cameo...

.....it's amazing what you can knock up with pieces of card and paper out of your scrap box and a Silhouette Cameo!

Happy crafting.
