Hello Friends,
Here is my "homework" from yesterday's class.....
Kristina was using border die cuts in a different way for her clean and simple card. I only have two border dies, one of which I've used, in white, down the right side edge. I decided to use an old Nestability die for the mats on the front and the different way of using them, was to cut the section off with the sentiment on it.
I hope you like my card today, here are the details if you want to see what you are missing!
Happy crafting.

Clean & Simple 4 - Day one, Card 3
Hello Friends,
I'm on a roll and trying to be more organised ;)! I've gotten into a little routine, the last few cards I've made, I've got all the stash out to make the card I have in mind and then what I've been doing is, making another card whilst putting all the stash back away!
With this in mind, here is the second card I made today.......
.....the inspiration came from the Online Card Class - Clean & Simple 4, it really is a must do class, in my opinion ;)!
Happy crafting and clearing away!

Cean & Simple 4 - Day 1 card 2
Hello Friends,
I'm back with a card that I've made using a technique Jennifer showed us, in class, yesterday. I've used the new background stamp from Stampin' Up called "Something Lacy" along with Silver and Melon Mambo embossing powders, also by Stampin' Up.
The decorative "Friend" and mat for it, have both been cut out using my Silhouette Cameo.
It's not too late to sign up for this fabulous class, if you want to know how to make it ;)!
Can't wait to see what ideas those amazing girls have in store for us today!
Happy crafting.

On-line card classes, Clean & Simple 4
Hello Friends,
I'm back with something a little (actually, I mean "a lot") different today. I've joined the latest class from On-Line Card Classes, those girls over there do usually stretch me right out of my comfort zone ;)!
I chose to make a card using a technique that Julie Ebersole shared with us all today, which was to make a tile like effect, for the main feature of the card.
Here is my tile, heart shaped ;)!
I'm not altogether happy with the card, I'd really like the time to make another tile! If I get some time I will!
Happy crafting.

Inlaid dies challenge
Hello Friends,
After being inspired yesterday to make an "Inlaid dies card", I couldn't resist making another and joining in with the challenge over at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown.
It does seem very odd to be making Christmas cards right now, but I'm sure I'll be very happy that I have, in November :)!
I have used the Inlaid die technique, which does make the card totally flat, without dimension. The products used were all by Stampin' Up.
Happy crafting.

Inlaid dies technique
Hello Friends,
After my Mojo failing me for quite a few weeks now, it's back!
I've just seen this card and straight away, I felt I wanted to give this technique a go!
On my Silhouette Cameo, I've made cards using this idea, but had never thought to get my nesting dies out! So thanks to Gill, I was inspired to make this card....
I've used Star Nesting Dies from Stampin' Up, Circle Nesting Die from Spellbinders, paper by Maja Design, card stock and The Open Sea & Making Spirits Bright stamp sets, by Stampin' Up.
The card turned out to be 12.5 cm x 15cm, I'll need to use my Crafty Envelope Calculator, for a custom fit envelope ;)!
Happy crafting.

WRMK Envelope Generator App - coming soon
Hello friends,
Happy New Year to you all. It's a very exciting time for all of us in the paper crafting industry, CHA 2015 is on in Calafornia and I'm lovin' the time I'm spending on finding out what's new, what's hot and what's not ;) on the internet, instead of crafting ;)!
I've just seen the new WRMK punch board, which will be available around Aug, it has 3 sections, one for making envelopes and another for boxes and bows. This board is so well thought out and will be fabulous for space conscious crafters, like myself!
Along with the launch of the new board they are going to launch an App call "Envelope Generator", which will work the same as the one my husband designed for you all to use on my blog.
So whilst you are waiting for this App, here is the link to my husbands version.
I hope to be back with some cards and envelopes very soon, but until then....
Happy crafting.
